A multilingual voicebot installation

Growing up does not mean settle down. Big dreams lead to great things. Why not live them right now? This is the state of mind in which SEAT aims to promote its new SUV Tarraco revealed at the Paris Motor Show 2019. How to create an emotional connection that dives SEAT stand visitors in this bold spirit?

In the heart of a small and quiet room, we brought an artificial intelligence to life. We gave it a body made of millions of particles that would react to the sounds and tone of voice of the visitor. Surrounded by mirrors, visual and sound effects, visitors were immersed in an introspective atmosphere encouraging to broaden their horizon.

2000 visitors chose to live the experience. 

3 minutes is the average time spent in the experience by each visitor. Which is 3 times longer than for other SEAT experiences available. 94% of participants input their email to be recontacted by the brand.
